Snark's in the shower after a long day hammering away at his lavender rock.
I spent the entire day working on resume and interview related exercises from a library book. I hope my future employees will appreciate the ridiculous amount of time it is taking me to prepare for their entrance into my life.
We've been pretty productive today!
Here's a quick list of what makes my day, even with a broken mouth:
*butter--it's easy to eat without chewing: salty, yummy pleasure!
*vanilla yogurt mixed with chocolate ice cream
*coffee and cream
*cream cheese, needs no accompaniment
Other joyful moments today, not related to cripple mouth, include:
*baby plants poking out from dirt
*blossoms on the fruits trees
*a hot shower
*utterly happy V-dog when it's time for her to eat
*V-dog, enthusiastic and eager, this morning on her walk
*waking up early, sitting outside in time to see the gold on the hills
*laughing and being silly with Snark
*time alone
*the thick, sweet smell of just fallen rain on dirt
*the dictionary
