Another film we've recently seen is Food, Inc.
It's an especially good film if you haven't ever seen The Future of Food or other films or books (for example, In Defense of Food: An Eater's Manifesto or Animal, Vegetable, Miracle) with similar themes that explain the environmental, monetary, and health-based consequences of our factory-produced animals, GMO plants, and patented seeds. For those who have watched/read these in the past, then Food, Inc. seems like another venture into that topic, and may be just another reminder of what to be conscious of when making decisions about the food you will buy and eat.
