I just pulled four slender, wavy-bodied snow peas, all as long as fingers, from the curlicue vines in our garden. I left the others to grow a bit more. And there are five baby zucchinis sporting yellow blossom hats. We gathered a cup and a half of basil leaves today. The sunflower plants are as tall as my knees while the two apple trees that I planted from sprouted seeds are just about an inch high.
