Yum! I just had some of our yogurt with ginger-peach jam. (A woman who we're going to dog sit for in a couple of weeks gave it to us the other day when we came to meet her and her rescue dog. She made the jam with the peaches from her tree, and it's delicious!)

So are the clover sprouts that Snark grew. The interesting thing about them is that they green after they're already sprouted; the last step is to stick them in indirect light for a while, so they can turn from brown and white to green and white. And the flavor gets richer once they green. Hooray for Snark who has taken on this task. It saves us the money (sprouts sure are expensive!) and we really love them. Plus, this way we don't continue to gather those holey containers that aren't very useful to begin with.
